The most highly anticipated Male & Female MC Rap Battle went down on Friday in Atlanta. Uncle Snoop along side Murda Mook hosted Gladiator School which featured Trex v. Rum Nitty, Young B v. B Magic, Hitman Holla v. Calicoe, John John v. Arsonal, E. Hart v. Official, Ms. Murk v. Chayna Ashley and Phara Funeral v. Couture. These Artists did not hold back when they got in the ring with their opponent. As this was my first time attending a rap battle let me go on record to say "I CAN NOT WAIT FOR THE NEXT ONE". To hear words be put together by these lyricist in a format that you do even see coming will leave you speechless!!!
Everyone was in Atlanta this past weekend for the BET Awards hosted by Snoop Dogg. Snoop warmed up before the show by bringing the best of the best battle rappers together for a star studded event. Nelly was in the building, Kurupt, Bow Wow and Alchemist just to name a few. The Best battle rapper MC's joined together to claim their title. Here's a clip of how it went down Friday.
