Kim Kardashian West was attacked by a crazed fan as she was exiting the car in Paris. Kim and hubby Kanye, were attending a Balmain Fashion show that little sister, Kendall Jenner was modeling in. Thank goodness for Kim's security and their quick thinking as they immediately grabbed her and avoided her falling that could've ended badly.

As much as people want to talk about Kim and her attention seeking, people should have no right to attack people.
